Karen Long is the principal and founder of Voice Ergonomics®, a practice specializing in foreign and regional accent reduction, voice ergonomics®, voice enhancement, presentation skills, and all aspects of interpersonal and business communication.
As a NC Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist  and private practitioner since 1979, Ms. Long has  extensive experience working with the communication problems and needs of adults.    She  holds the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence and NC State Licensure for Speech-Language Pathology.  Karen is also a member of the American Speech-Hearing-Language Association (ASHA), the North Carolina Speech, Hearing and Language Association (NCSHLA), The Piedmont Chapter of ASTD, the Corporate Speech Pathology Network (CorSpan), PWN,  ICCM and CCNG. She is a freelance writer addressing a variety of  topics on business communication. Karen's hobby? She's is  a watercolorist and a member of the GAL - Greensboro Artist's League.
