  • We begin with a communication assessment to identify communication needs and business demands. (Screenings also conducted, based on the type of customized communication program focus.) 
  • Individual and groups programs are specifically customized, based on this initial information, to support business goals
    and objectives. 
  • Customized individual and small group programs are conducted to maximize training outcomes and ROI. Professionals often learn best when working with others having the same or similar goals. 
  • Customized components of coaching include individualized work-related vocabulary, business related and self-directed

  • Monitoring of post-training progress to support carry-over of learned skills and ROI.
